Our expectations

We’re looking for a coordinator to join our Pro Sales Support team. The ideal candidate must be able to handle stress well and work on many projects at the same time. They must be comfortable performing team work, be a good communicator, and show exemplary organization.

The incumbent must be a quick learner and resourceful; this will help them solve challenges effectively. This person must be recognized for their hard work, punctuality, and sense of responsibility, ensuring consistency and reliability in all their tasks. They must be quick-witted, open to change, and positive, coupled with a contagious energy that motivates their colleagues and inspires a healthy working environment.

Your role

  • Manage Pro customer orders nationwide, for both regular and special orders
  • Work closely and maintain good relations with sales representatives, the delivery and receiving team, and with colleagues
  • Understand the challenges faced by Pro customers to be able to advise them and find solutions tailored to their needs
  • Keep abreast of new products on the market, as well as their features and functions, through appropriate training

The Qualifications We Are Looking For

  • Experience in a similar position and/or knowledge of the construction industry
  • Experience in customer service
  • Computer skills: email, Microsoft suite (mainly Excel and Teams)
  • Knowledge of company software: MMS, Soda, and other systems (an asset)
