About the role:

Our Implementation Associates assist new customers by executing the implementation strategy effectively. They coordinate between different internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and integration. This role involves setting up configurations, overseeing deployments, and meeting project timelines. Associates also identify new leads and collaborate with Account Executives to facilitate project kick-offs.

This role is cross-functional, working alongside Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product, offering an inside view of a hyper-growth company.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure customers enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability with our IoT platform.
  • Develop joint installation plans with customers, detailing objectives and timelines.
  • Conduct onboarding kickoffs with decision-makers, aligning on goals.
  • Lead workshops to improve customer operations using Samsara products.
  • Understand and explain Samsara's capabilities to various businesses.
  • Mentor Customer Success and Support teams.
  • Embed Samsara's cultural principles in global scaling efforts.

Minimum requirements for this role:

  • 2+ years in Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting; SaaS experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • High visibility role requiring strong priority management and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to multi-task and proactively manage priorities.
  • Experience with technical products.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
  • Desire to excel and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Composure under pressure in customer interactions.
