Service and Administrative Coordinator

Cornwall, Ontario

Full-time and permanent position working fully on-site.

Business hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job responsibilities:

• Processing of complete accounts payables cycle for the branch.
• Responsible for completing cost and selling.
• Act as the backup to the Dispatcher
• Additional tasks as required.
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of previous similar experience, preferably in HVAC or mobile services.
• Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Technical Proficiency: Computer literate with a minimum intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Team Player: Collaborative and flexible, with a strong ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
