Construction Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to lead operations and supervise workers on construction sites. As a critical point of reference for the team, you will play a key role in ensuring project completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks in alignment with project priorities and plans.
• Allocate daily and general responsibilities to team members.
• Supervise and provide training to workers and tradespeople.
• Ensure adequate manpower and resource availability for project execution.
• Uphold safety standards and maintain compliance with quality control standards.
• Oversee the proper use of machinery and equipment on-site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during projects.
• Report project progress to the Operations Team and Project Management Team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a construction foreman running projects.
• At least 4 years of comprehensive knowledge of concrete construction procedures and equipment; and concrete restoration.
• Proven ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively execute projects from start to finish.
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings, plans, and blueprints.
• Good physical condition with the stamina required for construction tasks.
