Job Description
We are seeking a Client Service Administrator to join our team in Toronto, Waterloo or Winnipeg.
As the Client Service Administrator, you will be a part of a dynamic team, that provides an exceptional client experience for Group Insurance clients. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Plan Administrators and Plan Members with the completion of member enrolments, changes, and plan updates as required. As a technically savvy individual, you will provide administrative support to the Client Service Specialists through the completion of Portal Updates, written communications and other adhoc duties.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Plan Administrators and Plan Members with the completion of member enrolments, changes, and plan updates as required. As a technically savvy individual, you will provide administrative support to the Client Service Specialists through the completion of Portal Updates, written communications and other adhoc duties.
The Client Service Administrator will:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail for the client service team
- File enrolments and member change requests as appropriate
- Manage the general email inbox - converting requests onto appropriate platforms
- Support portal approvals process for standard transactions
- Complete written communications and letters to Plan Members and Plan Sponsors
- Support the month end billing cycle
- Execute data entry and administrative tasks
- Perform adhoc duties as required
- 2+ years of experience in the group benefits industry (call center, claims, group administration)
- 2+ years of experience working in a client focused environment with commitment for service excellence
- Bilingual: English & French (Written & Spoken) is considered an asset
- Completion of post-secondary education at a college or university is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet client and internal needs
- Strong computer skills and proficiency using the MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, Outlook, etc...
