Position Summary
Northern Health is looking for an experienced, highly efficient, and self-directed permanent full time Project Coordinator, HR (NExT) .

Reporting to the Manager, HRIS and HR Project, the Project Coordinator works to document, coordinate, track and follow up on project activities; maintains an understanding of the project schedule, deliverables and commitments. The Project Coordinator ensures that all activities across the project are completed, named, filed and located according to standard processes and documentation procedures. The Project Coordinator liaises with internal and external partners on ongoing activities, including communicating project processes, updates and reporting to multiple groups and providing documentation and direction to address questions or concerns.

Starting salary will be approximately from $57,347 to $71,684 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar position

Qualifications
  • Diploma in Administrative Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline plus three (3) to five (5) years progressive administrative assistant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience and/or education in project management is an asset.

  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration internal and external team members.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize own work with efficiency and timeliness.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Computer literate with proficient knowledge of various required software programs such as MS Project, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Visio, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality.
