The District of West Vancouver offers a wide range of health & fitness activities including a dynamic and diverse Group Fitness Schedule at both the West Vancouver Community Centre and the Gleneagles Community Centre. We have an immediate opening for a casual Group Fitness Instructor.

We are seeking certified and experienced high-energy Group Fitness Instructors with excellent group interaction skills. Personal trainers will only be considered if they have previously taught groups. Available classes include choreographed cardio, stretch, boot camp, HIIT and circuit. Preference will be given to those who can teach multiple formats and can therefore provide cover / subbing. Time slots include weekdays between 7am – 1pm.

The successful candidate will possess a current BCRPA Group Fitness Certification or an equivalent Group Fitness professional certification, current First Aid and CPR. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to demonstrate their teaching skills at their interview.
