Summary

This position will be responsible to maintain good sanitary conditions of the lunchrooms, meeting rooms, restrooms, and office areas throughout the facility.This position will be responsible to maintain good sanitary conditions of the lunchrooms, meeting rooms, restrooms, and office areas throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleans all offices and meeting rooms using necessary equipment such as vacuum cleaner, brooms, and brushes, etc.
• Ensures proper inventories of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms in all areas of the facility.
• Cleans lunchrooms and hallways and mops and waxes floors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must have the ability to write on forms related to the position
• Must be able to read cleaning material labels and cleaning instructions
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
• Must be able to operate cleaning equipment, vacuums, and waxing machine
