Full-stack Developer

If the answer is yes, we are looking for you! Become an important part of our agile team as a Full-stack Developer and help the City of Kelowna create the digital city of the future. As a Full-stack Developer, you will:
· Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Microsoft.NET and Azure to modernize city systems and improve citizen services
· Integrate and enhance enterprise systems such as the City’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Revenue and Asset Management Systems
· Transform digital processes with a focus on automation and reuse
· Stay up to date with current trends and technologies, keeping the City at the forefront of innovation
· Drive adoption of the Microsoft Power Platform, establishing standards and best practices to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions across departments
· Work in an Agile team to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions that align with the City’s strategic goals for operational efficiency and innovation
Qualifications:
· A four-year bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
· 5+ years’ experience with .NET and Azure
· Proven cloud expertise in Azure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
· Extensive experience with the Power Platform
· Familiarity with microservices and modular architecture to support integrated solutions
· Strong understanding of IoT, RPA, and automation frameworks
· Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices for streamlined solution delivery
