With over 90 employees, F/LIST CANADA is the company's first international location, established over 15 years ago, and is the center of excellence for high-quality wood veneers in the F/LIST Group. The location provides aftermarket services for business & private jets, produces interiors for Air New Market in North America and designs custom residential interiors.

As part of our team you will...

• study specifications & drawings of articles requiring finishing.
• sand veneer, hardwood and other materials for preparation of topcoat process preparation.
• create stain recipe on samples in order to obtain customer approval.
• apply stain as per requirements.
• sand varnish according to company standards, maintaining flatness & removing defects.
• operate relevant tools and machines for sanding & polishing tasks.
• pay attention to detail and ensure quality of craftsmanship.

You're a good fit if you....

• completed a vocational training in finishing.
• are competent in polishing high-end products.
• possess excellent manual skills.
• able to read and interpret drawings.
• are capable of working both independently and in a team setting.
• possess a min of 2 years of similar or equivalent professional work experience.
• have aviation experience (an asset).
• are bilingual written/spoken (French/English).
