We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee operations at both Aaltos and Tavern, with availability for both day and evening shifts. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional restaurant performance, training new staff to meet high standards. This hands-on role requires flexibility to support various tasks and focuses on reducing costs, increasing revenue, and implementing up-selling and incentive programs. Additional responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding front-of-house staff, and participating in monthly inspections of furniture, fixtures, and equipment with the Maintenance and General Managers.

Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Understanding the need for punctuality, efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining professional behavior while creating a warm, fun, and hospitable environment to ensure all guests feel welcome.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions to restaurant problems.
