Location: Owen Sound, OntarioType: RemoteTroy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic Business Information Administrative Assistant to join our team! Reporting to the Director of Business Information Systems, the successful candidate will assist with the testing of software upgrades as well as handle new data entry and updates to support business changes.Responsibilities:
- Provide training support for users on system functionality
- Build and maintain reference materials; updating and refining training guides, best practices and SOP to promote adoption and use of ERP systems
- Assist with billing and transaction preparation for billing and/or credits
- Provide procurement and purchasing support
- Assist with preparation of customer facing documents
- Provide administrative sales support including setting up maintenance agreements, renewals, and customer reports
- Complete duties relating to auditing and reporting as required
- Other related tasks as required
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- Experienced working as part of a remote team considered an asset
- A minimum of 5 years’ office administration experience
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills
- Professional and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Intermediate level experience in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) including experience with SharePoint and Teams platforms
- Experience delivering training and coaching to others
- Experience documenting step by step instructions on how to complete tasks
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken & written)
