As we expand our reach to Toronto, we are looking for passionate and experienced team members to uphold our high standards of food, service, and guest experience in both our Vancouver and Toronto locations.
Position Overview
We are hiring a Line Cook to join our team at both our Vancouver and Toronto locations. As a Line Cook, you will oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food for your assigned station, ensuring each dish meets our high standards for quality and consistency. You will work closely with the rest of the kitchen team to create a seamless and efficient kitchen environment, collaborating with other team members to maintain excellence in food preparation and presentation.

As a Line Cook, you will oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food for your assigned station, ensuring each dish meets our high standards for quality and consistency. You will work closely with the rest of the kitchen team to create a seamless and efficient kitchen environment, collaborating with other team members to maintain excellence in food preparation and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, ensuring proper garnishing and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following established sanitation and food safety standards.
- Manage inventory and communicate any menu or operational changes to the kitchen team.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding food suggestions, dietary restrictions, and allergies.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Ensure that food is prepared to the highest quality and consistency for every service.
- Assist with menu planning and food ordering for your station.
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, with a solid understanding of kitchen operations.
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- A valid Food Safe Level 1 certificate is required.
- A Red Seal certification is an asset.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, and knowledge of a second language is beneficial.
- Solid understanding of different cuisines and food preparation methods, with a passion for culinary excellence.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 44 pounds, stand for extended periods, and bend or stoop as needed.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining high standards.
