Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our Halifax office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficiency by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and maintaining a professional environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments for the office team.

  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional and timely manner.

  • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and ensure effective communication.

  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.

  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Provide general support to visitors and staff.




Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Professional demeanor and a commitment to confidentiality
