Job Description
As a Site Manager, you will utilize your 3+ years of experience managing industrial construction and maintenance projects to ensure the safe and efficient operations of the job site. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive project plans and systems, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget while receiving strategic support from the Area Manager.

Job Description
As a Site Manager, you will utilize your 3+ years of experience managing industrial construction and maintenance projects to ensure the safe and efficient operations of the job site. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive project plans and systems, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget while receiving strategic support from the Area Manager.
What would you be doing?
- Oversee on-site construction maintenance projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Manage project schedules, resources, and materials.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards. Conduct regular safety audits and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment for all staff and subcontractors.
- Lead and coordinate on-site teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and supervisors. Ensure smooth collaboration and effective task delegation, managing both productivity and morale.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that all work meets FLINT's quality standards. Identify potential issues and implement solutions to prevent delays or budget overruns.

- Education in construction, project management, or other related technical fields; a Journeyperson certificate is an asset.
- Site management experience in industrial, energy, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and ensure productive collaboration.
- Experience with quality control measures, procurement processes, and scheduling.
- Experience analyzing project and operational financial data, with the ability to implement performance action plans to improve results.
