Learning Improvement Specialist

JDI is looking for an experienced learning and development resource to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll be involved in enhancing our enterprise framework for training management across diverse businesses. You'll play a pivotal role in setting training content standards and creating engaging, effective training materials that will shape the future of our workforce. This position is for a 12-month term.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of our enterprise framework for training management.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless adoption and integration of training management processes.
- Develop and uphold training content standards to guarantee high-quality, impactful training materials.
- Create captivating and effective training content that meets the needs of our enterprise.
- Provide guidance and support to businesses in crafting their training content.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of training programs, using data to recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Background in a training and development environment.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Formal training or experience in Adult Learning theory.
- Experience in continuous improvement would be considered an asset.
