The Operational Excellence & Quality Management Coordinator (“OEQMC”) will play an important role in the ongoing Operational Excellence and Quality Management efforts of BioScript Solutions and will report to the Manager, Operational Excellence and Quality Management. A business process management approach will be utilized to develop and improve our process-based Quality Management System to align the processes, policies and resources required to promote our Putting Patients First culture and to continuously improve our ability to achieve our key performance indicators. Adopting this approach, the OEQMC will support the development, implementation, and improvement of the processes of our Quality Management System.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Support and coordinating the development, implementation, and ongoing continuous improvement of a process-based Quality Management System, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with the completion of corrective action and root cause analysis;
- Assisting with corrective action improvement plan development and tracking of progress;
- Support the ongoing execution of the internal audit program including audit scheduling, findings assignment and tracking, and carrying out audits as an associate auditor;
- Support of equipment maintenance and calibration programs;
- Monitoring, logging, and escalating customer satisfaction feedback;
- Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of a supplier management program;
- Assisting with risk assessments and monitoring mitigation plans; and
- Assist in all other aspects of the Quality Management System as required.
- 2 to 3 years' experience assisting with the maintenance of Quality Management System processes;
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, in a healthcare, science or engineering related field;
- Proficiency in both English and French is considered a strong asset;
- Experience assisting with the development, implementation, certification, and continuous improvement of ISO 9001 process based or GMP based Quality Management Systems is considered a strong asset;
- Training and/or experience with internal audit, supplier management and risk management program administration are considered assets; and
- Knowledge of pharmacy and/or infusion clinic, patient support program and drug wholesale operations is considered an asset.
