Pay Details:

• $25.74 per hour
• $1.50 afternoon shift premium

Schedule:

• Sunday to Thursday
• Sunday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Monday to Thursday 3:00 PM to 11:30 AM

Responsibilities:

• The Tank Wash Technician is responsible for basic cleaning processes for all systems
• Cleaning of hoses and pumps, chemical and temp cleaning procedures
• Ensuring that proper wash tickets are completed properly and timely
• Perform general labor duties
• Exterior washing and assisting with internal cleaning
• Pump flush
• Drive equipment
• Tank entry and confined space training
• Operation of hand tools
• Wash work orders
• Tank steam for cleaning
• Steam product for repair
• Assist in wash order scheduling
• Boiler operation and maintenance of pumps, blowers, etc.
• Identify wash orders to be completed and know your limitations
• Comfortable working either indoors or outdoors (Appropriate gear is provided)

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Positive and strong work ethic
• Must be able to work at heights over 20 ft
• Positive attitude and job performance
• Shop experience, including working around steam equipment
• Must be capable of working in wet and humid conditions and exposure to normal wash rack cleaning materials
• Basic understanding of shop safety, shop work practices, mechanical systems, and use of hand and power tools
• May work above shoulder level with power and/or hand tools weighing 15lbs or less and in confined spaces
• Ability to operate a yard horse (preferred)
• Must meet physical requirements of the position and have mobility, vision, hearing, and sense of smell and dexterity levels appropriate to the duties performed
• May stand and walk on level and uneven surfaces, twist, bend, push, pull, crouch, climb stairs, bend and crawl, grasp, drag, lift and carry items weighing 50lbs or less
• Grade 12 or equivalent
