About The Role

As a Social Media Intern, you will be sitting at the intersection of all departments here at Super.com. An integral part of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting in growing Super.com’s brand awareness across all our social media platforms. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, with specific focus on Creative Content Creation and Social Media.

Challenges you'll solve

  • Social Media - identify trends and creative content on social networks (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Content Creation - assist with social media content ideation and development
  • Influencer Marketing - identify and reach out to influencers for paid partnerships as well as to promote and feature their content across Super.com’s platforms
  • Build Community - engage with our social media audience in a thoughtful and meaningful way. Engage with brands and various accounts by liking and responding to comments from Super.com’s voice
  • Copywriting - assist with writing captions and hashtags
  • Data and Analytics - keep track of weekly metrics across social platforms and inform best and least performing posts
  • Admin - assist with scheduling posts across our platforms. Manually post when needed


About You

  • Passionate about TikTok and Instagram
  • On top of pop culture and social media trends
  • Have a creative eye and passion for creating video content
  • Comfortable writing scripts, filming on an iPhone and editing content
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite - Photoshop and Premier
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, self-motivated and resourceful problem solver
  • Collaborative team player who is curious and detail oriented
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite)
