Tru Earth is looking for a Production Associate to join our team for our Afternoon Shift (Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm)

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the correct use/amount of all ingredients and production supplies are as per recipe
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Work in rhythm with machines to ensure productivity

Education and Experience

  • Highschool Education
  • WHMIS Certification preferred

  • Strong attention to details
  • Work well in a team-based environment
  • Able to remain calm in fast paced/ever changing environment
  • Operate required equipment and ensure all safety standards are met
  • Flexible and open to growing in the role
  • Able to multi-task
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to lift 40-50lbs repetitively
