We have now completed our pivotal clinical study and our focus is on regulatory approvals and commercial launch. This is an exciting and significant milestone in our journey to bring this ground-breaking technology to patients.

The Finance ERP Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, specifically focused on finance and accounting modules. This role will require a deep understanding of finance and accounting processes, and enterprise-grade ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics. The Finance ERP Business Analyst will work closely with finance and accounting teams, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the ERP system.

Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements related to finance processes, such as accounting, payroll, AP/AR processing, asset management, expense management and financial reporting.
  • Work with IT teams and vendors to configure, test, and deploy ERP system enhancements and updates.
  • Analyze finance and accounting processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation utilizing the ERP system.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to the ERP system, including user manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide end-user training and support for the ERP system, including troubleshooting issues and resolving user errors.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance and data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information.
  • Support accounting and finance team in development of reports and processes to facilitate financial planning & analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including finance and accounting teams, IT teams, and vendors.

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:

  • 5+ years of experience working with tier 1 ERP systems, specifically focused on finance and accounting related modules and activities.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
  • Experience with tier 1 ERP software implementation, configuration, support, and maintenance.
  • Ability to analyze complex processes and data to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to facilitate interactions between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or other applicable field.

Compensation

Kardium has listed the total cash compensation range (base salary + 5% RRSP contribution) that we expect to pay applicants for this role, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. For candidates with more or less experience than listed above, the pay range will be adjusted.

As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium’s stock option plan.

  • $82,000 – $103,000 (CAD Annually)
