A regular day for you will include:

  • Supporting customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide the best-in-class service.
  • Ensuring loan applications are assessed accurately and timely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and able to closely follow credit policy rules to ensure risk parameters are consistently followed.
  • Gathering loan information.
  • Selling our loan and protection products.
  • Closing loans virtually and in person.
  • Following up past due customer accounts.
  • Cash controls including taking payments.
  • Committing to your personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience to earn our customer’s trust and loyalty.

Must-haves:

  • Authorized to work in Canada.
  • High-school diploma or the equivalent is an asset.
  • Great communication skills.

Extra - awesome to have:

  • At least 1 year of prior experience in loan underwriting or in a financial institution.
  • Previous experience working with loan origination software.
  • Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration.
  • Maintain a positive supportive attitude, helping to maintain a gratifying work atmosphere!
