Join Manulife as a Transformation Office Support Co-op/Intern for Summer 2025 and play a vital role in our ongoing transformation initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, conducting spend analysis and supporting governance processes across the organization. You will gain hands-on experience in project data analysis and contribute to efficiency improvements within our Spend Control Tower.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive discretionary spend analysis to uncover insights and enhance efficiency.
  • Facilitate executive meetings and maintain an approval log to assist the Spend Control Tower.
  • Support the development and implementation of robust processes for effective governance and oversight within the Transformation Office.
  • Assist in monitoring discretionary spending through the Spend Control Tower to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Contribute to standardizing transformation governance processes across all business units.
  • Participate in analyzing project data to derive actionable insights and support decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Management, Business Administration, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
