As part of our Rentals department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations and ensuring that every customer experience is seamless, from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our team to assist with parts inventory, service requests, and customer inquiries, helping to maintain the high standards that make Fraserway RV a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers at the Point of Sale, ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency.
  • Support Service & Parts Team: Assist with creating, managing, and closing work orders and estimates, helping our Service & Parts Advisors streamline operations.
  • Manage Inventory: Ensure inventory levels are monitored and maintained, supporting the smooth operation of our service department.
  • Ordering & Receiving Parts: Help with the timely ordering and receiving of parts, ensuring the department has what it needs to meet customer demand.
  • Follow-Up with Customers: Proactively follow up to ensure customers are satisfied with their services, enhancing loyalty and retention.
  • Warranty Administration: Assist with warranty processing, working closely with manufacturers as needed, under the direction of the Service & Parts Advisor.
  • Maintain a Professional Workspace: Keep the service counter and desk area neat, organized, and presentable, ensuring a positive and professional environment.
  • Other Duties: Take on additional tasks as directed by the Fixed Operations Manager to help drive team success and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Completion of secondary education.
  • Previous customer service experience, with a demonstrated ability to build positive relationships.
  • Retail experience preferred, with a strong understanding of sales and transactions.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Familiarity with RVs is an asset but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with customers and team members.
