Patient Panel: small panel, approximately 250 patients made up of mainly families and middle-aged professionals
Setting: On-site, in-person care with the option for virtual appointments if the patient prefers. There are two senior NPs who can act as monitors if needed. On top of this, the medical director is a NP.
Schedule: 16- 24 hours/week average (depending on FTE (0.4-0.6 FTE)). Flexible scheduling with the clinic open 7 days a week.
