Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Groups and Service Lines: Support various teams in delivering consistent and high-quality services to food processing and agribusiness clients.
• Teamwork: Build positive relationships while working in collaborative teams of Program Managers, Engineers, Scientists, and others.
• Assist with Program Delivery: Help Program Managers with tasks, monitor program finances, and develop deliverables.
• Support Program Execution: Assist in developing program scope and ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Develop Client Relationships: Work alongside clients to identify valuable services and manage a portfolio of programs.
• Assist with Proposal Development: Help prepare program scopes and budgets for proposals.
• Communicate with Suppliers and Vendors: Assist in communicating with equipment suppliers and participate in equipment qualification and validation activities.
• Field Work: Perform contractor oversight, data collection, testing, sampling, and document field observations.
• Construction Oversight: Assist with construction contract administration and oversight.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in Biological, Mechanical, Management, Process, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent education.
• Specialization in food or beverage processing preferred
• Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Build and maintain exceptional client relationships
• Strong analytical skills with sound technical judgment
• Proven high ethical standards with a dedication to producing high quality work
• Self-motivated, flexible, great teammate, willing to work on a wide variety of tasks with minimal direction
• Work will consist of office and on-site work; ability to travel to client site as needed
