What You'll Do
As an RV Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service while making life-changing memories for our customers by:
- Selling Adventure: Greet customers, understand their needs, and match them with the perfect RV to fit their lifestyle.
- Master Product Knowledge: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest RV models, features, and innovations, offering expert advice to customers.
- Customer Experience: Guide customers through their RV journey, providing exceptional service and helping them choose the right RV for their next adventure.
- Drive Sales: Achieve and exceed sales goals while introducing additional products and services to enhance the RV experience.
- Build Relationships: Foster long-lasting relationships with customers, providing exceptional post-sale support and ensuring a smooth purchase process.
- Sales Experience: Whether it’s in RVs, cars, boats, furniture, or real estate, experience is a plus—but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!
- Exceptional Communication: You’re a natural communicator, able to connect with a variety of customers and deliver top-tier service.
- Sales-Driven: You thrive on meeting and exceeding sales goals, working independently to close deals.
- Team Player: You collaborate easily and support your team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous sales experience in RVs, cars, boats, furniture, or real estate is a plus
- Valid Sales License (VSA) or willingness to obtain one
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and presentation abilities
