Description: Join the dynamic marketing team at Total Life, an innovative online teletherapy company dedicated to supporting seniors' mental health and well-being. As a Content Creation and Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in creating impactful content, developing marketing strategies, and engaging with our target audience. This position is ideal for an outgoing and creative student passionate about mental health, digital marketing, and making a difference in the lives of seniors.

Key Responsibilities

• Content & Community Initiatives:
• Develop and execute strategic content initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
• Lead content and communication projects, such as ambassador programs, to expand our community reach and enhance brand advocacy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, coordinate, and execute content and social media campaigns.
• Design, film/edit graphics and short videos using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other design software.
• Continuously evaluate and improve content creation, distribution, and performance processes.
• Website Management & Front-End Development:
• Manage and update website pages to ensure they reflect current marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand standards.
• Design, build, and maintain front-end features to improve user experience and functionality.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align website content with overall business goals.
• Analyze website performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring a seamless digital experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, to align initiatives with broader company goals.
• Act as a liaison between the company and its community, ensuring excellent communication and responsiveness.
  

Term Project

The primary goal of this project is to update and reformat outdated web pages on Totallife.com to align with our new design templates while integrating SEO best practices across all pages. The intern will gain hands-on experience in web development, content management, and search engine optimization, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of how web design and SEO work together to enhance user experience and online visibility.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BCom Degree at a local university.
• Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.
• Outgoing personality with a strong understanding of social trends and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
