Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement test solutions at package and/or wafer level for new products on the Advantest V93000 test platform, including both software and hardware;
  • Work with a cross-functional product team to assess and evaluate new designs and provide feedback based on ATE test results;
  • Participate in new product design meetings and work with senior test engineers to drive analog and digital DFT techniques into new devices;
  • Collaborate with the Product Engineering to complete ATE characterization to ensure the robustness of IC designs and test solutions;
  • Support product qualification by developing reliability screening solutions to evaluate device performance during life testing;
  • Deploy the solutions to our far-shore OSATs and support the ramp-up to full production;
  • Hold periodic test review meetings with project teams;
  • Optimize existing test solutions to improve yield and/or test time and drive continuous margin improvement.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline;
  • 3-5 years experience in ATE semiconductor testing; V93000 experience preferred
  • Experience in bring-up and support of solutions in offshore test locations;
  • Experience in testing high-speed, mixed signal ICs;
  • Understanding of high-speed PCB design concepts and experience in schematic design.
