What You’ll Do: As a BDC Agent at Strickland’s, you’ll be the voice of the dealership, interacting with our valued customers to ensure their needs are met. Responsibilities include:

• Making outbound calls to existing customers and handling inbound leads.
• Scheduling and confirming sales and service appointments.
• Accurately completing Customer Service Index (CSI) reports.
• Distributing incoming leads to our sales team.
  
  
  

Is This You?

• 1-3 years of call center or sales experience (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
• Comfortable on the phone and able to direct information to the right people.
• Clean criminal background check and driver’s abstract required.
