The incumbent is responsible for completing all mandatory training requirements for the position as per agency policy and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the onboarding process, including processing new employee documentation and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Conduct thorough reference checks to support the hiring process.
- Generate and analyze recruitment reports to support HR decision-making.
- Coordinate and attend career fairs, representing the organization and engaging with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for all stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment materials and documentation.
- Provide support in other HR-related tasks as needed to ensure the department's efficiency.
Education & Certification
- Certificate or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation is an asset.
- At least one (1) year of experience in recruitment or a related HR role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR databases.
- Strong client service orientation with a focus on providing an excellent experience for all stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in processing information.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and principles is an advantage.
- A commitment to professional growth and development.
