Your Opportunity

Our Cornwall office is looking for an Intermediate Associate to join the Cloud Accounting Services team and own the following responsibilities:

  • Provide full-cycle accounting services in a cloud-based environment.
  • Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, journal entries, and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with a high level of detail.
  • Prepare and file regular external filings, including HST returns, and complete routine account analysis and bookkeeping assignments in compliance with established procedures.
  • Prepare month-end reporting packages, financial statements, and related financial documents to support our clients' operational needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, government agencies, and internal team members to provide exceptional service and address inquiries proactively.

Your experience and education

  • You have a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on, in-depth cloud accounting experience.
  • A post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • You are bilingual (English and French).
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Experience using software such as QuickBooks Online, or similar cloud-based accounting platforms is an asset.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, allowing you to build strong client relationships and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • You are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
