About the role:

This co-op opportunity runs from May-December 2025. Candidates must be in their junior year of college or first year of a master's program and eligible for a cooperative opportunity.

In this role, you will:

• Design and implement data collection systems to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define data analysis requirements.
• Create visualizations and reports using tools like Tableau, ThinkCell, and DataBricks.
• Develop frameworks to enhance data quality and accessibility.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Generate actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders.
• Navigate project challenges with adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Embed our cultural principles as we scale globally.

Minimum requirements for the role:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
• Proficiency in Python and understanding of cloud infrastructure.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Initiative and comfort with ambiguity.

An ideal candidate also has:
