This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.

What You’ll Do
- Provide objective assessment and evaluation for quality, accuracy, integrity of information and soundness of credit decision-making
- Forms conclusions and recommendations for senior leaders
- Identify opportunities for enhancements to existing credit policy guidelines and processes
- Respond to inquiries from other business units
- Innovative problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills
- Collaborator who excels in a fast-paced environment
- Organized multi-tasker who pays close attention to detail
- Relationship-builder comfortable coaching others
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business or commerce and at least 10 years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience); experience in agriculture lending is an asset
