Presentation Specialist

Safe Software is looking for a Presentation Specialist to join our Marketing Team. As a Presentation Specialist you will design visually compelling presentation decks that effectively communicate key messages and align with our brand guidelines. We’re looking for a creative professional with strong visual design skills who can simplify complex information and produce engaging, impactful slides.

As a part of the Marketing Team, you’ll join a group of professionals that are dedicated to creatively and effectively communicating our brand's values and offerings. What You’ll Be Doing

In This Role, You Will

• Refine and enhance existing slide decks provided by stakeholders to achieve a polished, professional look.
• Create visually effective presentations, including corporate profiles, go-to-market strategies, pitch decks, and event materials.
• Create layouts, infographics, and iconography that improve communication and ensure a seamless presentation flow.
• Maintain consistency with company branding guidelines and uphold quality standards across all decks.
• Continuously innovate by incorporating interactive and motion design elements to make static presentation templates more dynamic and engaging.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality results are delivered within established timelines.
  
  

Qualifications, Skills, And Competencies

Safers come from a variety of backgrounds with a diversity in skills and knowledge. That said, we find that those who are most successful in this role have experience with the following areas.

• Relevant experience creating impactful, visually engaging designs (typically 3+ years). We are open to reviewing applications from candidates with comparable skills.
• A keen eye for detail and deep understanding of visual communication principles.
• Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools.
• A demonstrated portfolio of work showcasing visually engaging presentations.
• Proficiency in Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent layout, infographics, iconography, and typography skills.
• Motion design and animation experience is an asset.
