The opportunity
The Business Coordinator provides outstanding customer service through the development of relationships and delivery of administrative support by preparing, auditing, and processing lease documentation.
Communicate. Coordinate. Action. Repeat!
- Enter credit applications, ensuring data integrity and service level agreements are met
- Engage & interact directly with Vendors, Lessees and Account Managers to provide timely support and exceptional customer service while uncovering needs, countering, overcoming obstacles, providing quotes & communicating credit decisions
- Coordinate, prepare, audit, and distribute accurate lease documentation
- Ensure timely follow-up by obtaining required documentation
- Conduct audits prior to funding leasing documentation, confirming all applicable standards and policies apply
- Enter information into various systems, ensuring accuracy with strong attention to detail
- Proactively & effectively resolve all customer inquiries while creating an unrivalled customer experience
Foundational knowledge and experience to grow from.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and 2 years experience in a dedicated administrative role - or equivalent/relevant training and experience.
- Intermediate skill level in MS Office and ability to learn other credit and/or sales applications and programs
- Bilingual in French & English is considered an asset.
