The opportunity

The Business Coordinator provides outstanding customer service through the development of relationships and delivery of administrative support by preparing, auditing, and processing lease documentation.

Communicate. Coordinate. Action. Repeat!

  • Enter credit applications, ensuring data integrity and service level agreements are met
  • Engage & interact directly with Vendors, Lessees and Account Managers to provide timely support and exceptional customer service while uncovering needs, countering, overcoming obstacles, providing quotes & communicating credit decisions
  • Coordinate, prepare, audit, and distribute accurate lease documentation
  • Ensure timely follow-up by obtaining required documentation
  • Conduct audits prior to funding leasing documentation, confirming all applicable standards and policies apply
  • Enter information into various systems, ensuring accuracy with strong attention to detail
  • Proactively & effectively resolve all customer inquiries while creating an unrivalled customer experience

Foundational knowledge and experience to grow from.

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and 2 years experience in a dedicated administrative role - or equivalent/relevant training and experience.
  • Intermediate skill level in MS Office and ability to learn other credit and/or sales applications and programs
  • Bilingual in French & English is considered an asset.
