Meat Cutter

We are looking for a Meat Cutter who is passionate about food and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team environment!

Are you a trained Meat Cutter?

What you’ll do:

• Provide exceptional service to our customers
• Prepare special cuts and orders per customer request
• Provide suggestions to customers on different cuts, cutting techniques, and serving size
• Offer customers samples, substitutes, or suggestions on products
• Set-up department, product presentation, and product image
• Maintain product quality by date checks and product rotation
• Follow Food, Health, and Workplace Safety standards

What we are looking for:

• Strong customer service skills
• Previous experience with cutting meat
• Knowledge of raw materials, product processes, and quality control costs
• Arm-hand steadiness
• Enjoys working in a team setting
• Passion to work in the food industry

Work Environment:

• Work is performed in a store retail environment
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends
