Job Description:
This role within the Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE) Team is responsible for providing support to the Cloud Enablement Team and the C4C (Catalysts for Cloud) program.
Term Length: 4-months (May - August 2025)
What will you do?
- Support Sun Life’s Enterprise Cloud Skills guild program
- Assist with developing and executing a quarterly skill development & peer-to-peer knowledge sharing calendar of events
- Manage all aspects of the Cloud skill development events including scheduling meetings with key contributors, take meeting minutes and facilitate audio and web conferences.
- Develop and execute marketing and communications material (including written, video, live events, etc.) that promote the business values and outcomes that Cloud enables
- Assist in process related assignments
- Execute assigned process improvement items
- Work on Special Assignments in all functions of the CCoE as appropriate
- Contribute to CCoE Confluence space by creating new and updating existing content
- Reporting to CCoE Director
What do you need to succeed?
- Currently enrolled in University degree/College diploma in related discipline(s)
- Ability to work independently with minimal directions
- Ability to collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal comfortably with all levels within the organization
- Work well under pressure by incorporating time management skills in judging priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills for providing ad-hoc reporting as needed
