Job Description:

This role within the Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE) Team is responsible for providing support to the Cloud Enablement Team and the C4C (Catalysts for Cloud) program.

Term Length: 4-months (May - August 2025)

What will you do?

• Support Sun Life’s Enterprise Cloud Skills guild program
• Assist with developing and executing a quarterly skill development & peer-to-peer knowledge sharing calendar of events
• Manage all aspects of the Cloud skill development events including scheduling meetings with key contributors, take meeting minutes and facilitate audio and web conferences.
• Develop and execute marketing and communications material (including written, video, live events, etc.) that promote the business values and outcomes that Cloud enables
• Assist in process related assignments
• Execute assigned process improvement items
• Work on Special Assignments in all functions of the CCoE as appropriate
• Contribute to CCoE Confluence space by creating new and updating existing content
• Reporting to CCoE Director

What do you need to succeed?

• Currently enrolled in University degree/College diploma in related discipline(s)
• Ability to work independently with minimal directions
• Ability to collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deal comfortably with all levels within the organization
• Work well under pressure by incorporating time management skills in judging priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills for providing ad-hoc reporting as needed
