Your Mission
The Co-op Multimedia Designer assists in creating and producing multimedia content, including basic video editing, simple animations, photography support, and social media graphics. Working under the direction of Senior Multimedia Designers and the Creative Services Manager, this role provides exposure to a range of multimedia production tasks. The Co-op Multimedia Designer will have the opportunity to develop foundational skills in video production workflows, photo editing, and basic motion graphics, gaining hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and processes.

Your Mission

In This Role You Will
- Video Production Assistance: Support the creation of video content by helping with basic editing tasks, trimming footage, adding simple titles, and inserting basic audio overlays.
- Photography Support: Assist with capturing images for internal use, events, or marketing needs, learning proper setup, basic shooting techniques, and simple photo retouching.
- Graphic Asset Creation: Develop simple social media graphics, web banners, and other digital assets under the guidance of senior team members, ensuring brand alignment.
- Media Organization: Help organize and manage multimedia files, including footage, images, and project archives, maintaining proper naming conventions and version control.
- Collaboration and Learning: Work closely with senior multimedia designers, incorporating feedback and gaining knowledge in video editing software, camera operations, and basic motion graphics tools.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all created multimedia elements follow brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across different platforms.

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related field.
- Basic familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects) and design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Willingness to learn and improve technical and creative skills.
- Good organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management.
- Are an enthusiastic, innovative individual who cares about sustainability
