Your Mission
You will support the Creative Services department in crafting clear, engaging, and brand-aligned written content. Under the guidance of Communication Strategist and the Creative Services Manager, this role contributes to various writing projects, including marketing collateral, social media and blog posts, press releases, project profiles, internal communications, and light technical documentation. The Co-op Copywriter will have the opportunity to learn about B2B writing, branding, tone of voice, SEO principles, and content strategy while gaining practical experience in a professional setting.

Your Mission

In This Role You Will
- Content development: Write basic copy for our Newsroom blog, social media posts, email campaigns, and internal documents, adhering to brand standards and project requirements.
- Editing and proofreading: Assist with editing and proofreading tasks, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency in tone and style.
- Research support: Conduct simple research to gather information for content creation, ensuring factual correctness and relevance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior copywriters, designers, and marketers to align written content with visual elements and brand messaging.
- SEO best practices: Learn foundational SEO principles and apply them to written content under the supervision of senior team members.
- Feedback integration: Incorporate feedback from senior copywriters and stakeholders, improving writing quality and style over time.
- Brand adherence: Help maintain the company’s brand voice, ensuring all written materials support the company’s branding and marketing objectives.

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented, with strong writing and proofreading skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt, incorporating feedback and guidance.
- Interest in content strategy, branding, and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Open to learning about our building automation technology.
