Skin Clinic Administrator

HealthOne is seeking a Skin Clinic Administrator to join our growing team!

HealthOne Skin Clinic is a boutique medical aesthetics practice. We offer a variety of skin rejuvenation services as well as treatment for medical skin conditions.

Job Summary

In this exciting opportunity, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice and a memorable experience for all visitors of our Skin Clinic.

Schedule

• Within operating hours which will require some evenings & weekends

Responsibilities

• Engage compassionately with our patients to ensure they feel welcomed and encounter a 5-star experience at all times.
• Efficiently handle all front desk tasks, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, billing and payment, and data entry.
• Contribute to smooth clinic flow by providing reliable administrative support and participating in goal achievement.
• Actively seek out opportunities to improve and expand our patients’ experience in the clinic.

Requirements

• 1+ years of guest services experience, ideally in the cosmetic industry
• High degree of professionalism, with impeccable communication and client-focused skills
• Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a reputation for being flexible & hard-working
• Ability to work independently or within a team and thrive in either environment
• Tech savvy and proficient with MS Office
• Ability to work weekends and evenings based on business needs

Nice to Have

• Experience using a CRM/EMR, specifically Jane App
• Post-secondary education or proven personal interest in Spa Management or similar topic
