Manager, Analytics and Operations

This position reports to Senior Manager Regional Operations Ecosystem and is based in Markham, ON.

What you will do

The Manager of Analytics and Operations will drive analytics capabilities for Kenvue Canada. The focus will be on developing and deploying digital capabilities and analytics insights to support business priorities and long-term strategies. The Manager will maintain strategic alignment with business partners and build technology & business solutions.

The successful candidate will lead the development of analytic tools, producing visualizations/reports, and providing insights and recommendations to support the business. The role involves benchmarking, attending industry conferences, and partnering with North America Analytics Center of Excellence (COE) and Global Digital Transformation Office (DTO) to enhance analytics for Consumer Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Data Analysts, ensuring the team develops knowledge about analytic tools, business processes, and data relationships.
  • Partner with Directors and Senior Managers to implement the end-to-end analytics roadmap for the future.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including IT and the Digital Transformation Office, to establish critical metrics and reporting processes.
  • Drive efficiency and performance improvement through robust data and technology solutions to enhance key performance indicators.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience with 5 years in advanced data analytics in a relevant industry.
  • Experience with data visualization and BI tools like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL and basic database technologies.
  • Experience with process automation using tools like Excel, Power Automate, or Power BI.
  • Ability to write clear technical requirements and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in people management and leading teams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence leaders at all levels.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP.
  • Proficiency in designing and automating data workflows using Alteryx or KNIME.
  • Previous hands-on use of Databricks and Snowflake.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodology.
