What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide human resource services to the business including compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, training and development and relocation support
- Advise and counsel management in the areas of Company policy, Federal, Provincial and Municipal Employment Laws, Human Rights, and related legislation
- Ensures that adequate and effective training and development opportunities are provided that meet the business needs
- Effectively manages employee relations issues
- Coordinate on projects, compliance, testing, reporting, and facilitate problem solving and resolution
What Are We Looking For
- Post-Secondary in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously
- Proficiency in HR software and tools

What We Offer
- Competitive base salary - $120,000 - $135,000
