Overview Of The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Strategist with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to lead and support our client's platform and legacy systems. This role involves providing technical guidance, operational support, and contributing to ongoing system improvements in a dynamic, Agile-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing In The Role

  • Provide technical expertise for AEM and legacy Internet and Intranet system components.
  • Lead post-cloud migration cleanup activities, including server decommissioning and optimization.
  • Deliver operational support, including system planning, upgrades, server log reviews, and troubleshooting for AEM and legacy systems.
  • Collaborate with the WCM Scrum Master to execute assigned tasks and ensure system efficiency.

WHAT SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED TO DO THE JOB:

Mandatory Requirements

  • Agile Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Agile delivery approaches.
  • Government Service Delivery Systems: At least 3 years of experience supporting information systems specific to government service delivery agencies.
  • AEM Cloud Support: A minimum of 1 year of recent experience (within the last 3 years) supporting Adobe Experience Manager Cloud 6.5.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solution Strategist Experience: 3 years of recent experience as a Solution Strategist within the past five years.
  • Cloud Expertise: 2 years of demonstrated experience with enterprise cloud adoption and related architecture, infrastructure, and technologies .
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge in networking, security, governance, service assurance, monitoring, and data storage services (2 years).
  • Integration Expertise: 2 years of experience working in complex integration environments with vendor applications and cloud platforms, including APIs, web services, and best practices for design, documentation, testing, and implementation.
  • Practice Development: 2 years of proven experience in technology-related practice development, including SaaS governance and cloud performance management.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze, solve problems, and make decisions effectively.
  • Independent Collaboration: Ability to work independently and engage confidently with stakeholders and team members across all levels .
