Location: Medicine Hat Lodge, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Are you an organized, approachable, and discreet professional with a passion for human resources? Medicine Hat Lodge is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support our property management team in maintaining a positive and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing recruitment efforts to attract top talent
• Assisting with WCB claims and benefit applications
• Providing guidance on Labour Standards, Human Rights, and Privacy Requirements
• Supporting Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) initiatives
• Advising on employee performance evaluations

What We’re Looking For:

• A post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a human resources role
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Fluency in English
• Eligibility to work in Canada
