You have a vision for the future and mentor teams to realize the long-term goals you’ve developed together. As the Director, Student Affairs & Services, you will be at the forefront of enhancing the student experience across our campuses. You will lead a dedicated team, overseeing a wide range of services including Indigenous Student Services, Student Life, Accessibility Services, Counselling Services, Wellness, and Student Support and Conduct. Your leadership will ensure that our services, practices and systems are not only effective but also aligned with our commitment to student success and well-being. WHAT IT TAKES

  • Graduate degree in student affairs, higher education, administration, or related area.
  • Minimum five years demonstrated administrative experience in a post-secondary educational institution. Experience in a unionized public sector environment preferred. OR an equivalent combination of formal education and relevant work experience in an academic environment.
  • Minimum three years demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience, including budget management, recruitment and selection, and performance management, preferably in a unionized post-secondary institution.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, presentation and oral communication skills, delivered in a manner appropriate to the audience.
  • Understanding of administrative law and principles of natural justice.
