Our client, a leading company in the concrete restoration industry, is seeking an experienced and strategic President to join their leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to lead a successful and growing organization with $45 million in annual revenue across four branches located in Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon and Abbotsford.

Responsibilities
  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the entire organization.
  • Oversee and support branch managers across Calgary, Edmonton, and Abbotsford to ensure operational excellence and revenue growth.
  • Drive business development initiatives, focusing on expanding market presence and profitability.
  • Implement strategies to optimize performance and operational efficiency across all branches.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure financial health of the company through effective budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in a senior executive role, preferably within the concrete restoration or bridge deck industry.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and operational success.
  • Experience overseeing multiple branches or regional operations.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams toward achieving business goals.
