Bayshore is growing and we are seeking Personal Caregivers who are looking for flexible hours. We offer casual home and community care jobs.
(PSW’s) Personal Support Worker OR Health Care Aide (HCA) Certificates required and those who have their own personal vehicle and drive is an asset.
Available locations: Oxford County (including but not limited to Woodstock, Tillsonburg, and Ingersoll)
Availabilities: 1pm-9pm, 2pm-10pm and 8am - 8pm
Foreign trained Nurses with documentation to support, second year RPN Students, and third year RN students are also eligible.

The Work You Will Do
As a Personal Caregiver, you will provide high-quality and compassionate care to your clients on a one-to-one basis in client's private home and provide exceptional customer service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide homemaking services including, but not limited to cleaning, cooking, laundry and general household management.
- Provide companionship and/or accompany clients to activities and events in the community.
- Provide personal care service according to directions on the care plan.
- Ensures that the emotional, spiritual, physical comfort, and safety of clients are met to the greatest possible extent.
- Help with client specific activities of daily living (personal assistance tasks).
- Perform specialized, client-specific procedures for which recognized training and current competency can be demonstrated.
- Observe and document client conditions according to company standards, report unusual events or changes in the client’s condition to the immediate Supervisor or to the Office.
- Understands and implements infection prevention practices.

Job Qualification
Education: Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required).
Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
Successful candidates who are offered a position will be required to provide:
- 2 supervisory references.
- A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening.
- Proof of being negative for TB.
