Our team members have what they need to make a meaningful impact and are truly valued for who they are and what they contribute To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What You’ll Be Doing As an integral part of the Digital Innovation team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Digital Innovation, the Product Innovation Lead will be accountable for supporting the development of strategic digital solutions to user pain points. This role emphasizes collaboration and cross-functional collaboration, as you will coordinate with various teams, including Digital Strategy and Digital Product teams. You are passionate about the intersection of business, design, and technology, and you strive to explore how financial services can deliver leading digital experiences for our clients At CIBC, we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement, spending 1-2 days per week on-site while other days will be remote.
How You’ll Succeed
  • Lead Sprint Zero Initiatives: You will partner with cross-functional teams, including designers, analysts, technology consultants, and stakeholders across various lines of business (LOBs). You will navigate ambiguous problems in a sprint format to execute deliverables and present recommendations to executive leadership
  • Lead Digital Product Pilots: You will play a key role in supporting operations by tracking requirements and KPIs, presenting outcomes to the business, and ensuring a smooth transition to delivery
  • Stakeholder Management: You will build strong strategic relationships and possess the ability to negotiate and influence business partners to ensure alignment of initiatives. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to convey information clearly and concisely to partners at all levels of the organization. You will leverage digital product knowledge and critical thinking to organize and facilitate workshops with stakeholders across the organization
  • Collaboration and Team Leadership: As a cross-functional team lead, you will foster a collaborative environment, encouraging input and engagement from diverse team members. You will champion teamwork and ensure that all voices are heard, driving collective problem-solving and innovation
  • Problem Solving: You will develop creative solutions and new ways of thinking about issues and opportunities, utilizing data analysis techniques and voice of client/user information
  • Workshop Facilitation: Leveraging your subject matter expertise, you will facilitate workshops to gather stakeholder insights and create actionable recommendations that drive innovation. Your skills in navigating complex challenges will be key in presenting findings and influencing executive decision-making
  • Process Improvement: You will utilize your experience and data analysis techniques to enhance processes and drive continuous improvement
Who You Are
  • You have 2-3 years of work experience in Digital Banking in product, with a strong emphasis on coordinating with cross-functional teams and facilitating workshops
  • You are driven to succeed, motivated by accomplishing your goals and delivering your best to make an impact
