The Techno-Functional SAP Service Cloud V2 Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions tailored to meet business requirements in the utilities sector. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge to ensure seamless integration, customization, and optimal performance of SAP Service Cloud V2 applications. Based in Mississauga, Canada, this position involves working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implementation:

  • Develop and implement SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions and set up new instances as greenfield implementations.
  • Design solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices for customer service in the utilities sector.

Customization and Configuration:

  • Customize and configure SAP Service Cloud V2 applications, including workflows, reports, business rules, extensions, integrations, KUT fields, and custom objects.
  • Ensure that configurations support business processes efficiently and effectively.

Integration:

  • Integrate SAP Service Cloud V2 with other SAP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and third-party applications using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
  • Ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability.

Technical Support:

  • Provide technical support, issue resolution, and troubleshooting for SAP Service Cloud V2 applications.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and minimal disruption to business operations.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with other IT and business teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure that SAP Service Cloud V2 applications meet security and compliance standards.
  • Implement and monitor access controls, data protection measures, and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 7-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Service Cloud V2 or strong greenfield implementation experience of SAP C4C.
  • Proven experience in the utilities industry and customer service processes.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in SAP Service Cloud V2, SAP C4C, SAP C/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
  • Experience with customization, configuration, and integration of SAP applications.
  • Knowledge of integration tools, SAP Cloud Platform Integration Suite, and API-based integrations.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other SAP solutions, such as SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Service Cloud V2, are highly desirable.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $50.85/hour - $79.46/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
